Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using Macagram. All users must follow these rules. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or share:
- Illegal content under applicable law
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Harassment, bullying, or targeted intimidation
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
- Malware, phishing links, or scams
- Spam or automated bulk content
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating other users or Luis Services staff
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities without reporting them
- Denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Circumventing content moderation or blocking features
4. Content Moderation
Administrators may remove content that violates this policy. Users may report inappropriate content to the server administrator. Decisions on content removal are final.
5. Account Penalties
- First violation: Warning and content removal
- Second violation: Temporary suspension (24 hours - 7 days)
- Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination
- Illegal content: Immediate termination and potential reporting to authorities
6. Reporting
To report violations, contact the server administrator directly. This is a self-hosted service — there is no central moderation team.
